Says: Hand on mouth (This one includes the character's speech -- what he says and how he says it -- and thoughts)
Does: One fist on top of another
Thinks: Finger pointed to head
Buzz: Hand cupped by ear (What other people -- including the narrator -- say and how they react to the character)
