Wednesday, January 9 is the LAST Day to hand in your Basic 8, Book #4 book assessment.
There is no cave time intervention on Wednesdays.
Intervention on Thursday and Friday of this week is for D and F students.
Monday was the last day to hand in late or revised work unless you are working on bringing up your grade from a D or an F. In that case, you will be able to complete major assignments through Friday.
The new semester begins on Tuesday. Make sure you print out and bring your new schedule.
DO NOT CHECK OUT A BOOK FROM MS. DORSEY'S ROOM FOR THE NEXT BOOK OF THE MONTH. WE WILL BE DOING BOOK GROUPS.
Do return the books you have checked out. Make sure you check them off with Ms. Dorsey.

Today: iReady: Prepare for Tests
Study your prefixes and suffixes --
- spelled correctly with the hyphen
- correct meanings
- sample words using those prefixes and suffixes
Study for your paragraph test --
- Look back at your "hamburger chart in your composition book.
- Review the rubric for writing paragraphs.
- review the transitions and do's and do not's.
On #4, write both forms of the word part.
On #6, write both parts of the meaning.
In the first column you will not write/repeat any of the word parts that are already there in that column.
