Most of them are made up of (article) adjective, noun, verb, adverb or (article) adjective, noun, adverb, verb, adverb. 

My shiny teacher smiles mischievously.
Gentle rats uncontrollably squeak.
Tiny mother swims clumsily.

Purple girls irritatingly fly.
The huge truck clumsily laughs.
