Announcements and Reminders: We will begin with quiet reading time, so it would be best if you read your book of the month. Book of the Month                       September 27, was the day your book-of-the-month sign-ups were due,  You can still sign up for fewer points, but please do it as soon as you can so you have time to read your book.  Spelling  If you would like to retake either of your spelling tests, you may during Cave Time or after school.   The third time is the charm.  You may retake a spelling test no more than three times.  You do have until a week before the end of the term to complete a retake.     Cave Time Remember that Thursday is Cave Time request day for Ms. Dorsey, so unless you have received a request slip, or have made arrangements with Ms. Dorsey, find another place to be that day.
