One of our goals for second term is to learn and be able to use and recognize the seventh grade core prefixes and suffixes.
Let's begin with a poem to help us remember which is which:
If you have a base word and you happen to find
Something in front or something behind.
A prefix begins: a suffix ends,
And that is the basic rule, my friends.
Memorize the poem for 5 extra credit points.
