Today, most of the time will be a day for you to catch up on your work -- especially if you have not finished reading your book and filling out your chart. I will be conducting interviews so you can get your points. Students will have about an hour today to work on reading their books and filling out their charts. They have also had time (usually 20 minutes each day) in previous classes to read their books.
Ms. Dorsey doesn't have much voice today, so expect written directions!
1. Introduction to essay assignment for those who are finished with their book assessment -- You will receive your points for today for being on task, working on the essay. If you gathered evidence last time, use it in your essay. This is a great chance for you to boost your grade a bit before the term ends!
