Happy New Year and happy last week of the term!
Self-Starter: Students had time to tell each other about their holiday.
1. We did a "Read-Around Race" to practice prefixes and suffixes.
2. We read from The Giver, and answered questions in a packet.
B1 - Chapter 10 (page 72) (CD 2, track 7) through page (CD 2, track 12) -- just into chapter 12.
B2 - Chapter 11-12, to page 92
B3 - Chapter 10 through chapter 11
A1 - Chapter 10 through chapter 11
A2 - Chapter 9 through top of page 83 in chapter 11(no question packets)
